Estimator
Responsibilities:
Preparation of construction budget by studying home plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation Preparation of cost estimates (labor and materials) of specific projects Accurate and timely submission of estimates Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate
- At least 1 yr experience
- Background in preparation of cost estimates for construction projects preferred Strong analytical skills in analyzing,labor, material and time requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Project-In-Charge
Responsibilities:
- In-charge of over-all progression of the project
- Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule
- Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate
- Board passer preferred
- At least 1 year experience
- Knows how to read structural / architectural plan
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Management Accounting Analyst
Objective:
The basic job objective is to look to the future. In order to achieve this fundamental objective, he/she shall analyze the performance of the organization and advise manager on how to pre-empt problems, adapt to changing circumstances and improve value.
Qualifications:
- College degree graduates in accountancy, finance, or economics
- At least 5 years experience in management accounting or in the preparation and analysis of a business organization’s financial information
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Good oral and written communication skills
