Responsibilities:

Preparation of construction budget by studying home plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation Preparation of cost estimates (labor and materials) of specific projects Accurate and timely submission of estimates Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate
• At least 1 yr experience
• Background in preparation of cost estimates for construction projects preferred Strong analytical skills in analyzing,labor, material and time requirements
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• In-charge of over-all progression of the project
• Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule
• Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented
